Bell & Ross has not forgotten about you BR02 lovers! The BR02 is Bell & Ross’s most modern dive enjoy and a piece which, I think, has gone past an acceptable limit under the radar in the last several years. It makes sense that with almost all their focus on vintage/heritage/original aviation items there wasn’t greatly room in the spotlight to get a thoroughly modern Bell & Ross Watches diving watch.
Here is a amount of attention for the series, though, in the form of a couple of new pieces that will borrow heavily coming from some of the coolest BR01 wrist watches from a few years ago. I am glad that Bell & Ross looked to the BR01 Just about all Carbon Fiber and BR01 Seasoned Titanium watches as a layout direction for these BR02 designer watches. You can see what I mean through clicking on those back links.
You’ll recall the Bell & Ross Watches BR02 has a 44mm wide metallic case (PVD black-coated for the Phantom model) and is water-resistant to 1000 meters. The case has an internal rotating bezel and automatic helium escape valve. The tonneau design case is unique amid dive watches and I must say that while unorthodox within design, these sit very well on the wrist – I would gladly have one like a daily wear. These kind of sharp designs offer a bit of new life for the BR02 collection even if Bell & Ross is borrowing from themselves. The BR02 Carbon Fiber and BR02 Phantom watches should be available soon.
